CIRCULAR 06/03 – COMMUNICATION SURVEY

 

NILGOSC is in the process of reviewing how it offers its services to its users. I have attached a brief questionnaire that I hope you can complete for us. The information obtained will allow NILGOSC to plan for the future and improve the service that we offer to the Scheme employers.

 

We aim to undertake a significant stakeholder satisfaction survey during 2003/4. However, in advance of that survey, the attached questionnaire examines how we provide our services rather than how well they are provided. This is to aid us meet the Cabinet Office’s timetable for Modernising Government.
