Dear Colleague
I refer to Mrs
White’s circular 05/2005 dated 1 June 2005 to the Payroll Officers of all
employing authorities and now enclose for your immediate use new form LGS 3, to
be used where an internal refund of contributions has been made to an ex member
of the scheme. The notes on the form explain the circumstances when the form
should be completed and forwarded to the Committee.
