I am pleased to send you a copy of our latest Annual
Report, which I hope you will find interesting and informative.
I also enclose a copy of our Corporate Plan for the three
years 2000-2003 which states the aims, key objectives and service standards of
the Committee.
The Committee welcomes any comments you may have on the Annual Report, the Corporate Plan or on our services in general. Therefore if you do have any constructive comments to make I shall be pleased to receive them.
