Office hours are Monday – Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The Office is closed on all public holidays. No appointment is necessary.

Our main telephone number is 0845 308 7345. If you telephone or call into our office you will initially be greeted by our receptionist who will determine who, within NILGOSC, is best placed to deal with your query.

There is a direct telephone number for the Payroll Section. Any payroll related enquiries should be directed to a Payroll Team member on 0845 308 7343.

The office is located on the Holywood Road in East Belfast, close to the Sydenham By-Pass, Parkway (Knock Dual Carriageway) and Holywood Road junction.
